Global Sugar Art Butterflies & Ribbon Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.This dainty design has seven different butterfly motifs as well as a delicate floral border ribbon.Measures approximately 2-3/4 x 7-1/2 inches, with the floral border design measuring approximately 7/8 x 7-1/8 inches and the butterflies ranging in size from approximately 1 x 1 inches to 1-3/8 x 1-3/4 inches.The mold is highly flexible and durable. Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, food-quality silicone for easy removal! Food use approved.This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress and Cake Lace mixes.
