This idli stand has four round tiers, 7.75 inches in diameter.Idli Stand 5inches height.Each Idli mould is 3 inches diameter,5/8 inches in height.

The idli make comes with a compact design to steam with less water for perfect idlies.

The plates are attached through welding process and due to high heat applied during the welding process black spots occur .The idli maker is made of 18 gauge Stainless Steel

There are no holes in the idli plates.The steamer is designed very compact and has enough room to add sufficient water to make excellent idlies.

To make authentic idlis, one needs the idli maker and an idli stand. This idli stand has four round tiers, 10 inches in diameter. Each tier has four concave depressions where the idli batter is poured. The trays are stacked and secured through a center rod, then placed in its covered pot with just enough boiling water to keep the bottom tray dry. Directions To Use : - Grease the idli moulds and spoon the batter into them. - Heat water in the idli cooker. Steam cook for about 12-15 mins on high. - Take out from the fire and let cool for a while and then remove the idlis from the molds.
