Complete Paella Kit includes Traditional Valencian Polished Paella Pan of 28 inches (70 cm) with 2 handles. Flames VLC Paellero gas burner T-600 Inner ring 10 in. (25 cm). Middle ring 15 in. (38 cm) Outer ring 24 in. (60 cm) in diameter. Each Ring has individual control, to help you save gas and have better heat control. Reinforced Tripod Support. Propane gas ONLY *Propane and Gas Regulator is not Part of this KIT and is NOT INCLUDED.

BEFORE FIRST USE: Boil water in the recipient, then rinse it with soap and water. Avoid scratches or bumps. Another method is to cook a small amount of onion on the pan, then boil it with the water. When water starts to boil, remove water and wash thoroughly.
